Express Vape sells vaping products, tobacco accessories, and related items restricted to individuals 19 years of age or older, in accordance with British Columbia's Tobacco and Vapour Products Control Act. Valid government-issued photo ID is required for all such purchases in-store. This website does not sell products online; all purchases are made in person at our Surrey location.
